Justin A. Likens is the senior pastor of Westlake Baptist Church. He has served as pastor here at Westlake
Baptist since 2009. He came to Westlake Baptist after pastoring at East End Baptist in Roanoke,
Virginia for two years. He is married to Diana. Together they have four children, Andrew, Noah, Caleb, and Cataleyah.Pastor Likens' heart is seeing people first and foremost come into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. However, he realizes that life does not end there. He also has a passion for seeing people become true disciples of Jesus Christ. Along with his ministry as a pastor, he is also the teacher for the Word of Truth Bible Institute, in which he leads students through a three year intensive study of the Bible and its major doctrines. Pastor Justin serves as a chaplain for the Franklin County Sheriff's Department.
Pastor Likens' life verse is Philippians 1:6, “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”

Ricarda Davis, Secretary - Ricarda has been the secretary of Westlake Baptist since 2012.
Chris & Jessica Belknap, Director of Family Ministries - Hello everyone. We are from Ohio, but relocated to Moneta in November of 2018. We are Buckeyes that support the Hokies and love the lake. We were both up for the new adventure which led to us getting married, adding a whole new set of friends, and getting involved in a new church community. Westlake is a special place for us, Pastor Justin married us and Jess was baptized here. We are excited at the opportunity to serve our church and are looking forward to getting to know the community better. We are really looking forward to helping the current and future families grow and stand firmer in their faith, glorifying God throughout the process.
